We can style a program that will fit your equipment needs and work with your schedules. Our program is able to meet the necessary compliance regulations and also be flexible enough to maintain your deadlines. We would be happy to work with you to lower your maintenance costs and reduce any down-time of your equipment.
Service Programs
Our technicians can offer service in the following ways:
Providing spare parts
Retrofits and Upgrades
Validation/Qualification of equipment
Regular Service
Emergency Service
Preventative Maintenance
Calibration
Evaluations of Serviceability
Monitoring Systems
Validations
The term validation is the most misused and misunderstood term around. Validations need to follow FDA & AABB standards. The definition of equipment validation is broken down into three sections:
1. IQ – Installation Qualification. This is a very simple document that provides proof that the equipment was installed correctly and fully operational.
2. OQ – Operational Qualification. This document provides proof that the equipment is performing correctly and performance meets the material requirements. A 24 hour temperature map of an empty chamber is part of this document.
3. PQ – Product Qualification. This document provides proof that the equipment maintains the material within stated tolerance. A 24 hour temperature map of a loaded chamber is one part of this document. Also included is an open door study and power failure study.
We have performed validations for many QA/QC managers and are willing to provide any one of the above validation steps to assist in your validation as well.
Program Performance
Every service that we perform will be recorded, so that you will have copies of all work orders, equipment logs, testing reports, and any applicable data.
Emergency Service
Our technicians and service staff are available to respond to your needs on a 24-hour basis.

TESTING |
| Two phase direct expansion systems provide constant flow of refrigerant through coils with continuous mixing of liquid and hot gas phases. Hermetic or semi-hermetic condensing units (water or air cooled) operating on constant load throughout chamber temperature range. Redundant systems can be utilized to protect valuable contents Chilled water applications can take advantage of existing systems |
Function upon room temperature deviation from set point and operate independently of the primary condition controllers. Audible and visual alarm system | Factory testing of all functioning component assemblies. Acceptance tests are made by a factory field engineer, under supervision of user personnel, following a rigid test protocol. Chambers are commissioned only after satisfactory completion of this test program |
